About the role
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets
- Serve as an Intake Coordinator within an outsourcing/offshoring team focused on long-term success and learning
Requirements
- At least 1 year of BPO work experience
- Experience in Healthcare account is an advantage
- Excellent verbal & written English skills
- Has email support experience
- Amenable working onsite in Makati
- Willing to work night shifts
