About the role
- Responsible for expanding customer base and fostering loyalty via exceptional service
- Recruit new agencies and hosts via digital channels and platforms
- Understand and analyze industry trends, establish communication channels between agencies and platform
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with different agencies
- Train and manage agencies
- Onboard agencies and organizations to attract talent in live streaming
- Assign operational support and motivate agencies to provide more and better streamers, diversifying content categories
- Participate in creation and review of agency management policies, provide ideas and suggestions
- Keep agencies informed about updates and offers
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in live streaming platforms
- Experience or network with influencers, celebrities, or live streaming platforms
- Ability to learn quickly and passion for live streaming or technology
- Solution-oriented approach
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes
- Excellent communication and customer acquisition skills
