Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics
Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts
Work with field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executive, SEs, Channel Partners) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts
Combine pipeline generation with ownership of smaller deals; closing role
Prospect, sequence, and action outbound and inbound leads within SLAs and convert leads to opportunities in Salesforce
Shadow and conduct discovery calls, learn and refine the SailPoint pitch, and book discovery meetings
Use digital tech stack and corporate tools to uncover corporate insights and persona-based imperatives
Achieve funnel & pipeline targets and deliver against Core KPI’s; close deals with AE support and then independently
Requirements
Current experience in Enterprise Software Sales in an ISR type of role
Proven ability to close deals successfully (upselling and smaller deals)
Experience in SaaS opportunity creation & sales
Must live in Canada and be a permanent resident
A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
Fluency in French is preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce
Experience or familiarity with prospecting tools: LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo
Ability to perform full-cycle sales activities and pipeline generation
