About the role

  • Own the Pipeline Engine: Lead Sendoso’s demand generation strategy to fuel predictable and consistent pipeline growth and new revenue across all regions.
  • Build & Scale Integrated Campaigns: Design creative, bold, multi-channel programs that combine Sendoso gifting, ABM, paid search, paid social, SEO, and content to engage and convert high-value accounts.
  • Elevate the Digital Experience: Own our website and conversion optimization roadmap to craft a best-in-class buyer journey that inspires action and accelerates sales cycles.
  • Lead with ABM: Partner closely with Sales to identify and activate top-tier accounts through intent-driven, personalized campaigns powered by Sendoso and best-in-class tech.
  • Supercharge Paid Media: Drive paid acquisition across search, social, and emerging channels, constantly testing, optimizing, and scaling what works.
  • Content & Creative Storytelling: Guide the development of compelling content, thought leadership, and creative assets that showcase Sendoso’s impact and feed pipeline.
  • Forecast & Optimize: Own the budget and pipeline forecasts, bringing clarity, accountability, and efficiency to every dollar spent.
  • Inspire & Empower Teams: Lead, manage and grow a high-performing team — including an existing Sr. Manager of Field & Integrated Programs and BDR team — fostering collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact.
  • Champion Real Connections: Activate Sendoso across all demand generation efforts, showing the market the power of modern gifting to break through the noise and humanize outreach.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Wins: Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Design to align on ICP, messaging, and revenue priorities.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, preference for experience in Martech/SalesTech with 4+ years leading teams, delivering pipeline at scale.
  • Track record of turning ABM, paid media, SEO, and content into measurable revenue results.
  • Passion for leveraging gifting and personalized engagement to supercharge campaign performance.
  • Experience leading both marketers and BDRs, motivating teams to exceed goals while fostering career growth.
  • Skilled in attribution, forecasting, and funnel diagnostics, with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
  • Hands-on with website optimization, conversion strategy, and paid media ROI.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, 6sense, GA4, Clay and other modern demand gen tools.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and GTM Engineering to align strategies and share accountability.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - rolling up your sleeves and executing on campaigns while keeping an eye on the big picture.
