Manage client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnership.
Provides fully comprehensive proposals including costs, detailed feasibility, and execution plan (recruitment/sample/digital tools).
Partner with Account Executives when appropriate to create account plans that outline growth opportunities, expansion strategies, and risk mitigation for key clients.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products, services, or capabilities aligned to client needs and business goals.
Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions to showcase value, performance metrics, and innovation opportunities.
Monitor client satisfaction and act quickly to address potential risks or concerns before they impact retention.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients translate their business and research objectives into actionable solutions.
Based upon client input and assessment, recognize the need to adapt a product or research approach to meet the client needs and works with appropriate internal resources to develop and design the appropriate solution.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
Stay informed on industry trends, client business changes, and competitive dynamics to anticipate future needs.
Partner with Project Management to ensure quality and timeliness of project delivery.
Monitor project performance and profitability; take proactive steps to improve margins and operational efficiency.
Approve budgets, proposals, and billing, ensuring transparency and alignment with client agreements.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators including retention rates, and satisfaction scores.
Partner with Account Executives when appropriate to support new opportunities within existing accounts or new divisions of current clients, initiate client outreach and contribute to client presentations.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices, client feedback, and success stories across the team.
Represent the company’s brand and values through authentic relationships, transparency, and accountability in every client interaction.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Must have 5+ years of experience working in a market research environment, combined with strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies.
MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ a plus
Willingness to travel less than 25% of the time (client or team meetings)
Benefits
Base salary: $65,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience
