• - Execute and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns within HubSpot
• - Build, test, schedule, and launch marketing emails, nurture streams, and automated workflows

• Execute flawlessly multiple high complexity research projects independently at different phases from sale to delivery
• Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams and vendors
• Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection

• Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications

Senior Project Manager

• The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Clinical market research projects accurately with internal/external clients.
• The manager will determine business/project problems and establish project objectives.
• Analyze and oversee data collection for clinical surveys.
• Ensure client is fully aware of project status, and any changes are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Completes all required trainings and any required certifications (e.g., GCP, CITI).
• Implement and ensure project execution according to study protocol and Quality Management System Standards.
• Manage quality of work for projects including development and review of study materials and project schedules.
• Attend project update meetings; lead study briefings; work with Call Center on recruitment of participants.
• Maintain quota control; validate work according to guidelines; maintain positive subject/respondent relationships.
• Complete any required reporting as specified daily/weekly, keeping the Clinical team informed of any project issues affecting study objectives.
• Execute trainings as identified in the protocol.
• Utilize Clinical data management and reporting systems.
• Execute Participant Interviews via phone or in person.
• Travel to assigned destinations to execute clinical research study, meet with clients, or provide trainings.
• Assist in writing Protocols, working with the sponsor, and submitting documents to the IRB.
• Perform site certifications and audits.
• Responsible for delivering client-ready deliverables such as cross tabs, Excel files, prescreening data.
