About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and update landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding experiences, and member-facing website features.
  • Build and modify website components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Implement SEO recommendations and website improvements provided by Marketing.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) and web tracking implementations.
  • Monitor website performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Support offer wall integrations and other user engagement features.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Panel teams to execute growth initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in Front-End Development, Website Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and website tracking.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution.
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of SEO implementation and website performance optimization.
  • Experience working with conversion-focused websites, registration flows, or user onboarding journeys.
  • Exposure to custom website platforms and/or .NET environments.
