About the role

  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors and resellers across the EU region
  • Drive sales growth and market development through strategic outreach and relationship building within the channel
  • Recruit and onboard new distributors and resellers to expand market coverage
  • Enable distributors to increase their sales to resellers and end customers
  • Coordinate joint marketing activities and collaborate on marketing campaigns, conferences, webinars, and partner activities
  • Conduct sales meetings and product presentations online and at industry events, demonstrating products to distributors, resellers and VARs
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in cooperation with distribution partners
  • Maintain high-quality data in internal systems, capturing information from distributors, partners, and internal teams
  • Ensure alignment with the company’s channel strategy
  • Travel as required (approximately 20–50%)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, business development, and relationship management in B2B, software, or technology-related products
  • Ideally experience in distribution or channel sales
  • Knowledge of channel incentive programs, MDF, and partner enablement is a plus
  • Interest in and familiarity with the technical aspects of the products or services being sold
  • Strong negotiation skills to close agreements and maintain profitable distributor/reseller relationships
  • Ability to deliver engaging product presentations and demos, online and at events
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2)
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Collaborative mindset to work with marketing, technical, and sales teams
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Advanced MS 365 skills including document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, and data analysis
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–50% of the time
