About the role

  • Assist with pipeline development by supporting account research, target account identification, and initial prospect outreach efforts.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities alongside senior sales leaders to observe, learn, and begin establishing early professional connections.
  • Support relationship-building efforts within assigned states and accounts by scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and driving follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with the RFP Management team by coordinating materials, tracking deadlines, and contributing to sales-relevant portions of proposals where appropriate.
  • Work closely with account management teams to support smooth transitions of closed deals into implementation and ongoing account management, helping ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Help maintain and improve sales processes by keeping HubSpot CRM data accurate and up to date, tracking sales activities, and learning to leverage tools and systems effectively.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, network, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and consistent client messaging.
  • Commit to continuous growth and learning by shadowing senior team members and developing a strong understanding of SafeRide Health’s solutions and the healthcare payer ecosystem.
  • Continuously contribute to refining the sales cycle process, utilizing tools and strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities including advanced Excel data analysis & manipulation
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals
  • Willingness to work in partnership with a Senior Account Executive, learning to develop and execute complex sales strategies
  • Highly organized, follows a rigorous and structured sales process and documentation
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for both internal and external needs
  • Experience selling solutions to Health Plans/Payers, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
