Conduct in-depth discovery and scoping analyses to understand client pain points and opportunities, then design tailored technical solutions using Sabre products and partner offerings.
Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including client needs evaluations and compelling product demonstrations.
Quantify the economic value of proposed solutions and advise sales reps on ROI.
Share critical customer and market insights with Product and Marketing teams to influence future solution roadmaps.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term client success.
Requirements
5-7 years in a Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Proven understanding of end-to-end travel industry workflows and common agency operations.
Strong API knowledge (preferably GDS/Travel industry APIs).
Previous technical or software development background preferred.
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
Fluency in English is required.
Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a significant advantage.
