Designer

• End to end oversight and responsibility for designing functionally and technically sound solutions to complex business problems in travel technology, driving the industry's transition from legacy PSS environments to dynamic, AI-driven retailing and Offer-Order ecosystems.
• Engage customers (internal and external) in business, strategy, and ROI-based discussions to understand how we can help deliver value
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, consulting and commercial teams to develop compelling solutions that resonate with our customers
• Interact with key customer business and technology experts to understand the core business needs, current technology employed, and articulate how Sabre’s capabilities can address those needs
• Achieve a strong understanding of the full functional value of Sabre suite of products and how they integrate with other systems
• Actively participate in and lead process improvement initiatives, with a specific mandate to champion and operationalize AI growth and innovation, embracing new industry technology standards
• Participate in the review and response to complex sales opportunities and RFPs

Principal Solution Design

Account Manager

• Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation for new and existing business, which includes renewals, new sales efforts, and share shifting opportunities across the account
• Evolve annual account sales strategy and execution; perform ongoing market landscape analysis and market research to identify top opportunities and risk
• Negotiate profitable contracts to maximize Sabre revenues
• Partner with sales organization to ensure effective management of customers and long-term commercial success
• Implement and maintain effective sales management to provide current and accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts to support business growth
• Sell new solutions to both existing and new customers to reach annual regional sales targets
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer engagement at various levels, positioning Sabre as an innovative player in the territory
• Provide regular detailed status and activity reporting in customer activities and solutions performance to leadership
• Work closely with the product management, customer engagement, delivery, care and consulting leaders to ensure activities (including identifying new opportunities, implementation, and execution) are aligned with the overall corporate strategy
• Support the transversal management of the account, partnering closely with support, delivery, and operational teams to ensure continuity of services and the effective ongoing operation of the account
• Foster strong relationships with internal leaders/stakeholders across Sabre; responsible for collaboration and global process development across all segments in the region

Principal Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned airline accounts.
• Build long-term, senior executive relationships to align Sabre’s solutions with the customer’s business strategy.
• Manage the full account lifecycle — renewals, upsell/cross-sell, new opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quota and revenue retention goals.
• Collect on existing revenues while identifying and closing incremental growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic account planning: define growth strategies, identify risks, and ensure Sabre’s portfolio adoption.
• Orchestrate cross-functional engagement with Product, Solution Consulting, Delivery, and Support teams to deliver customer success.
• Stay current on industry and market trends — including NDC, airline retailing, AI/automation, and operations optimization — to provide insights that strengthen customer relationships, guide account strategy, and position Sabre as a trusted partner.
• Represent Sabre in executive business reviews, industry forums, and customer councils.
• Travel up to 40–50% domestically to engage with airline executives and operational teams.
