Day-to-day dealer relationship management and champion the adoption and ongoing use of the company product in the dealerships
Execute launch planning, manage product implementation and deliver initial and ongoing training to meet dealer needs
Conduct regular monthly performance visits to dealers and the regional team
Serve as first point of contact for handling dealership issues and follow up on escalations
Bring best practice knowledge of the product into client organizations to support value proposition
Ensure product changes, new features and releases are communicated and implemented timely to accounts
Cover a geographical area and work as part of a larger team reporting to a Director of Dealer Relations
Responsible for the retention of 20+ accounts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
3-5 years professional experience working in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment
Significant experience working with CRM tools and are at ease with technology
Possess an in-depth understanding of our software platform functionality, related services and an overview of the technical functionality
Ability to travel 80% within the region and nationally as needed
Valid driver license with no restrictions
Ability to establish rapport and develop meaningful relationships with clients
Strong oral and written communication and business and financial acumen
Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve issues non-confrontationally
Ability to work independently, schedule and prioritize work, and perform as part of a larger team
