About the role

  • Day-to-day dealer relationship management and champion the adoption and ongoing use of the company product in the dealerships
  • Execute launch planning, manage product implementation and deliver initial and ongoing training to meet dealer needs
  • Conduct regular monthly performance visits to dealers and the regional team
  • Serve as first point of contact for handling dealership issues and follow up on escalations
  • Bring best practice knowledge of the product into client organizations to support value proposition
  • Ensure product changes, new features and releases are communicated and implemented timely to accounts
  • Cover a geographical area and work as part of a larger team reporting to a Director of Dealer Relations
  • Responsible for the retention of 20+ accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years professional experience working in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment
  • Significant experience working with CRM tools and are at ease with technology
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of our software platform functionality, related services and an overview of the technical functionality
  • Ability to travel 80% within the region and nationally as needed
  • Valid driver license with no restrictions
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop meaningful relationships with clients
  • Strong oral and written communication and business and financial acumen
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve issues non-confrontationally
  • Ability to work independently, schedule and prioritize work, and perform as part of a larger team
