Supervise staff and perform managerial responsibilities including monitoring daily work activities, approving timesheets and time off, monitoring performance, documenting performance concerns, and HRIS updates
Lead the creation of US Programs messaging frameworks for church engagement
Collaborate with USO Marketing and Development leads to align messaging, campaigns, events, and donor strategy with church engagement efforts
Represent church engagement strategy within broader organizational planning
Collaborate with Advancement Team to develop and implement a scalable engagement strategy that moves churches from initial interest to mid-level and depth partnerships across US Offices
Coordinate with the National Director of Church Partnerships, Church Product Development Manager, and church focused SPD's to assure coordination and synergy with local offices
Ensure integration of national church strategy with local office and SPD church partnership pitching and development
Strategize, collaborate, and drive use of key church products for USOs and leverage church leadership systems to promote and pitch church products
Assure collaboration and coordination with US programs teams, especially the Community & Volunteer Engagement Team
Maximize US Programs training, tools, and systems that support localized outreach and volunteer engagement
Create and utilize scalable engagement models for local offices to mobilize communities and faith-based organizations
Integrate volunteer training and tools into church partnership pathways
Build trust among stakeholders and shape church engagement strategy across network of offices for sustained growth
Oversee Church Engagement Officer in supporting church focused field staff’s onboarding and training through cohorts and peer learning
Provide thought leadership regarding shared systems for tracking engagement, managing relationships, and reporting impact
Ensure church engagement data is collected and analyzed for impact storytelling and continual improvement
Support the launch of new national campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and resource-sharing platforms to advance the mission

Personal embodiment and thought leadership in integral mission
Multi-cultural leadership experience required
5 years’ experience in church partnership development and program management
Ability to professionally handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality
Experience in partnership development
Self-starter; good follow-through; ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven oral and written communication skills
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365 suite, databases and report generation
M.Div, or equivalent vocational experience
Some possible domestic travel required (15%)
