Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features for producer-facing onboarding and configuration interfaces.
Understand, analyze, document, and sign-off on business, functional, and non-functional requirements specific to producer-facing interfaces.
Participate/lead in project sizing, planning, and tracking activities related to the development of APIs and UI components.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for the onboarding process and facilitate sign-off across stakeholder groups.
Translate producer business needs to technology teams and present technology solutions back to the business.
Produce detailed business and functional feature definitions based on existing systems, previous drafts, and SME interviews.
Use business analysis techniques (Gap Analysis, Use Case modeling) and analytical tools to develop workflows and process flow diagrams.
Assess the impact of changes in requirements on technology systems/infrastructure and ensure changes are documented and communicated.
Work closely with Development and Testing teams during testing cycles to ensure implementation meets requirements.
Prioritize features, manage product backlog, and drive agile development processes to deliver results on time.
Requirements
Proven expertise in agile methodologies, particularly in the context of product development for data-centric environments.
Experience as a Product Owner or similar role focused on data onboarding and configuration, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
Proven ability to lead and manage project teams across diverse geographies, juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and delivering results without formal authority.
A collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional teams that value innovation, productivity, and quality.
