Own features from ideation to launch: writing specs, managing development, and measuring success.
Lead product initiatives that directly impact thousands of students across the global platform.
Spend hours interviewing users across the platform: interns, companies, supervisors, and university partners.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship features that solve real user problems.
Analyze data to understand user behavior and make informed product decisions; run experiments to validate hypotheses.
Write detailed PRDs that engineers can build from and stakeholders can understand.
Prioritize ruthlessly when everything seems urgent and resources are limited; iterate based on learnings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth feature rollouts; present updates to leadership and defend product decisions with data.
Requirements
1–2 years of product management, consulting, or related experience in tech/startup environments.
Experience using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions.
Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and solving messy problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
Able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Effective communicator (in English), capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives.
Basic understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.

Passionate about building products that expand access to global opportunities for students.
