Work as a Product Designer in the product trio (Product, Design, Engineering) to define and deliver valuable, usable, feasible solutions.
Design experiences for safety-critical industries focused on improving frontline worker safety readiness using AI and gamification.
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and design leads to define problems, run discovery, and co-create solutions grounded in user needs and business goals.
Translate insights from user research, field observations, and behavioral data into low to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready designs.
Participate in and occasionally lead product discovery activities such as assumption mapping, solution prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
Balance fast-paced iteration with commitment to high-quality interaction and visual design.
Evolve and maintain the design system for consistency and scalability across products.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, design critique, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience designing digital products, with exposure to working in cross-functional product teams.
Experience designing for immersive learning, safety-critical environments, or enterprise training systems.
A portfolio demonstrating strong user-centered design, clear decision-making, and effective problem-solving not just beautiful UI.
Experience running or participating in discovery activities like rapid prototyping, user testing, and hypothesis validation.
Proficiency with Figma and component-based design systems.
Strong communication skills you can articulate design trade-offs and advocate for users, while listening openly to others.
