Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Support HR operational activities and manage employee data spanning employee lifecycle events
Maintaining regional standards and standardization in alignment with Global HR processes
Focuses on the overall Employee Experience, driving Employee Satisfaction by providing accurate and timely resolution
Participates in process improvement initiatives and provides query support for change projects
Supporting the Line Manager and/or People function with additional activities and projects as warranted by business needs in line with the global People function strategy
Requirements
5-7 years’ relevant experience in HR Shared Services
Analytical and reporting capabilities (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience navigating HR Data systems (preferably Workday & Service Now)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Time management and organizational skills
Relevant 5+ years of experience providing HR Support, preferably in India operations (preferred)
Prior experience working on a similar function is an advantage (preferred)
Strong communication & analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving capabilities (preferred)
Strong ability to connect with customers and delivery of SLA-driven metrics (preferred)
Open for working from the Office (Hyderabad office)
