About the role

Ensure candidates move smoothly through Checkr’s drug occupational health testing process
Monitor performance across the health testing vendor/clinic network and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Create and document scalable systems, SOPs, and best practices for occupational health operations
Partner with the Supply Chain team to manage clinic/vendor relationships and support vendor SLA conversations
Proactively contact candidates and clinics to resolve escalations, delays, or compliance issues
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Vendor Management, and other cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end process improvements
Analyze and report on performance metrics; package insights into repeatable dashboards and updates for leadership
Act as subject-matter expert on occupational health operations and provide guidance during audits or compliance reviews

3-5 years of operations or compliance experience in occupational health, clinical operations, or a related healthcare/health testing domain
Strong operational rigor with proven success in developing and implementing scalable SOPs
Experience partnering with external vendors or clinic networks, ideally within occupational health or clinical testing
Strong problem-solving and investigative skills with the ability to resolve complex operational issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate with candidates, clinics, and internal teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
