About the role
- Ensure candidates move smoothly through Checkr’s drug occupational health testing process
- Monitor performance across the health testing vendor/clinic network and identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Create and document scalable systems, SOPs, and best practices for occupational health operations
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to manage clinic/vendor relationships and support vendor SLA conversations
- Proactively contact candidates and clinics to resolve escalations, delays, or compliance issues
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Vendor Management, and other cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end process improvements
- Analyze and report on performance metrics; package insights into repeatable dashboards and updates for leadership
- Act as subject-matter expert on occupational health operations and provide guidance during audits or compliance reviews
Requirements
- 3-5 years of operations or compliance experience in occupational health, clinical operations, or a related healthcare/health testing domain
- Strong operational rigor with proven success in developing and implementing scalable SOPs
- Experience partnering with external vendors or clinic networks, ideally within occupational health or clinical testing
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills with the ability to resolve complex operational issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate with candidates, clinics, and internal teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
