About the role
- Oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions
- Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope
- Lead the Agile development of a project roadmap
- Establish project milestones and implement metrics to track progress
- Collaborate with team members to make a tangible difference
Requirements
- Experience managing IT Operations for a DOD client
- Experience leading engineering teams, including IT developers, engineers, and analysts
- Experience in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and DevSecOps processes
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience using JIRA for project performance tracking, managing resources for projects (Nice if you have)
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts, and software development concepts (Nice if you have)
- Possession of strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (Nice if you have)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field (Nice if you have)
- ITIL Foundation and Program Management Professional Certification (Nice if you have)
