About the role
- Collection of country-specific (China - Mandarin) financial reports and conversion of the document to English transcription document.
- Complete the translation and conversion of native Mandarin documents to English utilizing the end-to-end transcription process.
- Independently handle projects/workflows delivering high quality and within deadlines.
- Fixing of data errors and defining country specific policies with Quality Control team.
- Deep dive into data analysis of each allocated project and drive discussions to closure with stakeholders on workflow/procedure improvement.
- Deliver on predefined individual and team targets.
- Identify new projects, lean/automation ideas, new policy proposals and enhancements.
- Actively communicate and collaborate with other stakeholders within the Transcripts vertical.
- Provide input and ideas for improving quality and product enhancements related to covered content sets.
- Assist in research for data/product initiatives.
- Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; Finance background is advantage.
- Proficiency or native competency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Prior experience and exposure to transcription and or translation/localization work is a plus.
- Able to carry out day to day BAU work with minimal assistance.
- Analytical mindset and strong logical reasoning.
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to detect issues with solutions.
- Client-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts including night shift on rotational or need basis.
