About the role
- Visit assigned territories and neighborhoods to engage with potential building personnel
- Conduct customer outreach and relationship building
- Perform market research and territory analysis
- Collaborate with internal sales teams
- Manage pipeline and CRM records
- Present and demonstrate products or services effectively and confidently
- Achieve sales targets
- Conduct presale building inspections
- Network and participate in events
- Report on field activity and customer feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or lead generation (face-to-face sales preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and mobile sales tools is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Willingness to travel and navigate through New York City and surrounding areas
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute to team goals
- Fluency in Albanian is a significant plus; Spanish and Polish are highly valued
- Prior door-to-door sales experience is a strong advantage
