• Develop and execute comprehensive events strategy blending intimate deal-closing moments with large-scale activations; own quota tied to qualified meetings, pipeline, and ARR
• Partner with Sales to create recurring local prospect lunches, VIP dinners, and market events that accelerate deals; build repeatable field event playbooks
• Oversee conference strategy and execution including booth design and side events to maximize meetings and pipeline
• Produce press-worthy activations and partner with Comms/PR to integrate events into brand campaigns
• Create unique, bold experiences that differentiate Runwise and attract prospects
• Own logistics, budgets, timelines, reporting; build and manage a lean team and partner ecosystem
• Focus on operational excellence and ROI measurement to drive ARR at low CAC
