Analyze requests, audit changes and monitor outstanding engineering work items
Process change-requests in the PLM system, including analyzing product documentation for consistency of information, assessing interchangeability, and routing for approval
Coordinate change requests with product engineering (Design/Drafting) and other functional groups
Monitor change releases to ensure timely incorporation into production
Maintain drawing change log and provide programmatic justification for priority escalation
Participate in meetings requiring configuration management input, create and update documents, and verify accuracy of product structures in PLM
Provide PLM support to product teams on process and tool
Generate x-class, proper marking, and submittal of technical engineering correspondences and/or program specific data items
Support program plan reviews, periodic status review meetings, and applicable metrics
Complete and maintain various data item logs
Support internal and external audits and resulting corrective actions
Create and maintain Engineering SharePoint site including sub-discipline pages
Coordinate with various Engineering functions for content and edits
Requirements
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years prior relevant experience
Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment (relocation is not offered)
