About the role
- Help execute integration and analysis activities for SPY-6 and GhostEye family of radars
- Develop concepts of operations for radar systems
- Develop radar processing algorithms
- Develop radar software requirements
- Perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data
- Develop analysis tools to support problem identification and resolution
- Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions
- Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers
Requirements
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Security Clearance: DoD Clearance: Secret
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience
- Experience with MATLAB/Python/C++
- Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures (preferred)
- Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments (preferred)
- Design experience in antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management and mission planning (preferred)
- Requirements development experience, including use of DOORS (preferred)
- Experience with technical writing and oral presentations (preferred)
- Masters/PhD in a STEM field (preferred)
- May require occasional travel
