About the role
- Responsible for PO analysis from 20+ domestic & international customers and creating/updating SAP sales orders for APU/LRU repairs and post-shipment SAP and financial processes
- Point-of-contact for APU MROs and repair vendors, including hosting weekly meetings
- Records and maintains KPIs for MRO performance
- Responsible for preparing quotations and developing repair catalogs
- Responsible for the proper PO execution to ensure there is good financial flow on the MRO side of the business
- Ensure required export licenses are in place to support aftermarket import/export requirements
- Prepare and brief repair status/metric presentations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of operations, supply chain and/or materials experience or an advance degree with 5 years of operations, supply chain and/or materials experience
- Proficient in Purchase Order execution within SAP
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
- 5+ years of experience Microsoft Office applications and 3+ years of experience working across organizational boundaries to develop solutions to challenging issues
- Experience in the execution of engine/APU and LRU repair process to include customer contracts and purchase orders
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Team player with a demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve desired results
- Critical-thinking self-starter who utilizes resources and can make decisions
- Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment with often-shifting priorities
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with senior leadership and international and domestic customers
