About the role
- Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP
- Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed
- Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers
- Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies
- Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations
- Create and submit invoices to our external customers
- Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Point
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills (preferred)
- Ability to work well in teams (preferred)
- Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment (preferred)
- Ability to support multiple time zones (preferred)
- Experience in a financial setting working with numbers, large data sets, and computations (preferred)
- Relevant internship or co-op experience (preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and look up functions (preferred)
