Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions
Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations
Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and develop PIAs/NDAs
Manage proposal and quotation activities, documentation, and compliance packages
Identify and qualify suppliers; conduct cost and price analysis
Drive supplier performance and engagement to meet program milestones

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years relevant experience
3 years’ experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance
3 years’ experience with SAP procurement software (PRISM, APEX)
3 years’ experience with purchase order management and contract negotiation
