💰 $124,000 - $250,000 per year
About the role
- Partner with client groups in a complex matrix and fast-paced environment with domestic and international employees and leaders
- Execute on the resource plan in partnership with Talent across the project
- Support an enterprise-wide PST HR council to influence and drive project HR related milestones
- Partner with business leaders on talent management, organization design and development, and employee engagement
- Partner with Enterprise HR and Corporate teams, HR Centers of Excellence and the People Services organization to implement program strategies
- Advise and coach leaders and employees to optimize engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness
- Counsel employees and leaders on performance development, career planning, and talent development
- Support HR core processes including workforce planning, performance development, change management, succession planning, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation
- Objectively assess and resolve employee relations issues and work with stakeholders
- Travel up to 25% or as needed
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Prior HR experience (HRBP or COE)
- Prior experience in project management
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment (preferred)
- Virtual leadership experience (preferred)
- Ability to interact with all levels in the organization
- Strong analytical skills and systems expertise (preferred)
- Experience working with senior leadership and influencing (preferred)
