• Asegurar la gestión integral del área de crédito y cobranza en el centro de costos asignado, coordinando y supervisando al equipo para garantizar la administración eficiente de la cartera, la recuperación oportuna de cuentas por cobrar y el estricto cumplimiento de políticas internas.

• The Procurement Specialist II is responsible for MRO procurement transactions within the RS Integrated Supply operating system, and/or the client’s CMMS system.
• Strategic sourcing of all parts requisitioned by the client.
• Ensures materials are accurately ordered, received within the site’s procurement system, and processed and expedited in a timely and efficient manner.
• Employs problem solving methods to resolve issues with delivery, price or any other order issues.
• Develops and maintains strong client relationships, keeps an open line of communication, and maintains control of all aspects of purchasing.
• Assists with training of any support personnel including other buyers, attendants and temporary labor.

• Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts
• Monitor aged debt reports and follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Resolve customer queries relating to invoices and payments, liaising with internal teams where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity and update the internal systems accordingly
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outstanding debts, cash collection forecasts, and risk accounts

• They normally work onsite at customer's location to diagnose and solve problems, give recommendation and do repairing process.
• Install and setup new machine until it can be well operated.
• Diagnose the machine's problems and do repairing process.
• Do preventive maintenance and checking process as scheduled plan.
• Do the report for supporting the claim & warranty (if any).
• Recommend customer to change spare parts when needed.
• Prepare recommended spare parts document.
• Well perform to meet customer's satisfaction with no complaint.
• Other tasks as assigned.
