About the role
- Service Engineers (Air Compressor) are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintenance company's air compressor and any related items.
- They normally work onsite at customer's location to diagnose and solve problems, give recommendation and do repairing process.
- Install and setup new machine until it can be well operated.
- Diagnose the machine's problems and do repairing process.
- Do preventive maintenance and checking process as scheduled plan.
- Do the report for supporting the claim & warranty (if any).
- Recommend customer to change spare parts when needed.
- Prepare recommended spare parts document.
- Well perform to meet customer's satisfaction with no complaint.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any other related fields.
- Minimum 3-year experience as a Service Support, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Technician, or a similar role in the Engineering industry.
- Knowledge of Machinery Engineering Information systems.
- Hands-on experience with hand and mechanic tools.
- Able to drive and have a driver's license.
