Responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing operational and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
Evaluate and optimize processes and technology to drive innovation, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain a systematic costing model by reconciling machine and material specifications with budgetary requirements
Adjust costing systems to reflect changes in equipment, job methods, procurement, and logistics
Maintain and update work measurement standards to determine staffing requirements and improve labor efficiency
Develop and distribute productivity and efficiency reports to monitor and improve machine utilization and labor costs
Support engineering and process quality initiatives, including preparing project proposals and participating in special projects as directed
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
0-4 years experience process optimization, cost analysis, and facility planning preferred
Knowledge of AWS, Python, C+, Java, AppScript, VBA strongly preferred
Knowledge of data analysis tools and cost modeling methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to collaborate across engineering, production, and leadership teams to drive process improvements
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
