• Plan, launch and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads
• Manage campaigns for hotels, resorts and other accommodation providers across domestic and international markets
• Build strategies around destination searches, hotel and accommodation keywords, seasonal travel demand, events and high-intent booking terms
• Increase direct hotel bookings while reducing reliance on OTAs such as Booking.com and Expedia
• Manage brand, non-brand, competitor, remarketing, Performance Max, display and paid social campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis and competitor reviews across the travel and accommodation market
• Optimise campaigns against metrics including bookings, revenue, conversion rate, cost per booking, CPA and ROAS
• Analyse the full booking funnel, from the initial search or ad interaction through to completed reservation
• Manage budgets and adjust spend based on seasonality, occupancy requirements, booking windows and campaign performance
• Write compelling, destination-led ad copy and collaborate on creative assets and hotel offers

• Prioritise work in collaboration with leadership, engineering and Customer Success
• Manage Jira and help coordinate development and support workloads
• Work with customers and our customer-facing team to understand, document and clarify requirements
• Break down requirements into clear, actionable work for the development team
• Track delivery, remove blockers and help ensure projects stay on schedule
• Help improve the way we plan, prioritise and deliver product enhancements as the business grows

• Own and execute hotel onboarding with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and customer experience
• Map hotel rates, inventory, and room types across systems with high precision
• Ensure correct channel distribution setup across OTAs and PMS integrations
• Test and validate rate setups to guarantee accurate synchronisation across platforms
• Become a subject matter expert in hotel distribution and onboarding workflows
• Continuously improve onboarding quality, speed, and consistency
• Customer support for onboarding-related issues and rate mapping queries
