About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain the product delivery roadmap
- Prioritise work in collaboration with leadership, engineering and Customer Success
- Manage Jira and help coordinate development and support workloads
- Work with customers and our customer-facing team to understand, document and clarify requirements
- Break down requirements into clear, actionable work for the development team
- Track delivery, remove blockers and help ensure projects stay on schedule
- Help improve the way we plan, prioritise and deliver product enhancements as the business grows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Delivery Management or Product Management
- Communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions
- Understands how software is built, even if you’re not an engineer
- Can balance customer needs with technical realities
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Bonus points if you have experience with Hospitality technology, hotel distribution platforms, Property Management Systems, booking engines, channel managers, Payment platforms or payment integrations
