Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent, including using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales and Territory Representative roles.
Utilize tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process, including interview preparation and candidate selection.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and delivering a seamless interview process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM positions
Two separate stints as a contract recruiter
Proven ability to source and recruit high-performing sales professionals
Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions
Experience with Greenhouse and sourcing tools software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High level of organization and attention to detail
