Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job scoping, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business priorities and design effective hiring strategies.
Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless transition and excellent candidate experience.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements.
Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and global recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a global or high-growth environment.
Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles across technical and business domains.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, or similar).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
