About the role
- Coordinate interviews across time zones with interviewers, hiring managers, and candidates, managing all logistics and communication to ensure seamless experience
- Manage candidate pipeline by screening inbound applications, maintaining accurate ATS records, and serving as a friendly point of contact for candidates
- Support hiring operations including reference/background checks, process documentation, and tracking key metrics
- Champion candidate experience through clear, timely communication and support on employer branding initiatives and other projects
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, and/or customer service roles; experience in tech/startups is an asset

- Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to represent our company professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Confident communicator: Comfortable reaching out to busy stakeholders to coordinate schedules and gather feedback
- Tech-savvy: Quick to learn new software and tools; ATS experience is a plus
- Problem solver: You're resourceful, take initiative, and can figure things out independently when faced with new challenges
- Adaptable: Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
