• Be the voice of the Atlanta office by managing the office Slack channel

Office & Culture Coordinator

Solutions Engineer

• Partner with clients to align their business goals with SpryPoint’s best-in-class solutions
• Partner with clients to asset Asset Management and Work Management programs in place and provide roadmap for improvements and achievement of client goals with these programs
• Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs to deliver tailored solutions
• Ensure high-quality implementations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and providing feedback on process designs
• Oversee system configuration and provide input on training and testing materials
• Maintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, configuration guides, and test cases.

Solutions Architect, WAMS

Recruitment

• Coordinate interviews across time zones with interviewers, hiring managers, and candidates, managing all logistics and communication to ensure seamless experience
• Manage candidate pipeline by screening inbound applications, maintaining accurate ATS records, and serving as a friendly point of contact for candidates
• Support hiring operations including reference/background checks, process documentation, and tracking key metrics
• Champion candidate experience through clear, timely communication and support on employer branding initiatives and other projects

Recruiting Coordinator – 6-month Contract

Manager

• Deliver OCM services aligned with our pre-built package models and client SOWs
• Partner with Project Managers to integrate OCM activities into project plans, ensuring alignment across portfolios
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations
• Design and implement change management deliverables, including: Coaching Plans and Resistance Management Plans
• Update and refine Communications and Activities Plans, OCM Strategy Presentations and SpryPoint OCM Plans
• Cross-functionally support project team meetings, engaging with PMs and Trainers to support adoption and client success
• Develop and maintain standardized methodologies, tools, and SOPs for OCM delivery (we use Confluence for our knowledge management)
• Ensure program documentation is complete and accessible for delivery teams
• Track and report OCM success metrics, linking results to revenue, adoption, and upsell opportunities
• Represent OCM during discovery and training phases to ensure stakeholder engagement
• Contribute to thought leadership and best practices for OCM across the company
• Learn our software and implementation approach at a high level and develop general utilities domain expertise (e.g., standard roles and responsibilities within a utility).

Manager, Organizational Change Management

Support Engineer

• Provide first and second level support for SpryPoint applications, handling escalated issues.
• Diagnose and resolve more complex issues related to integrations, APIs, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to report bugs and suggest product improvements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining internal and external knowledge base articles.
• Guide and mentor entry-level Support Specialists, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Monitor application performance, identify trends, and proactively address recurring client issues.
• Work closely with all teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Technical Support Specialist II

Product Manager

• Facilitate discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to refine existing features and uncover new opportunities
• Manage and evaluate product ideas from multiple internal and external sources
• Create feedback loops throughout the development cycle to ensure ideas translate to valuable products
• Work closely with Development Team Leads to ensure successful product delivery
• Engage with Service Delivery on specific project requirements and influence customer transition timelines
• Support the Development team through SCRUM sprint cycles
