Leverage outbound recruitment strategies to identify and connect with passive candidates
Serve as an advisor and partner to hiring managers in order to consistently plan ahead for and execute on internal hiring needs
Leverage market data and employment trends to improve interviewing and hiring practices
Attract great talent by defining and executing on their recruitment marketing strategies (i.e. writing job descriptions, using their social media channels to market jobs, etc.)
Provide recruitment reports to team managers as needed
Requirements
You have 5+ years of recruitment experience
You have a real interest in gaming industry/videogames
You were successful as the sole recruiter at a startup company
You’re comfortable leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools for sourcing hands-on
You have recruited in environments where you rely on outbound efforts more than inbound applications
You’re able to proactively identify areas for improvement within recruitment processes, operations, tech stacks, etc.
You’re a strong writer with the ability to write job descriptions and recruitment marketing content
Experience recruiting internationally (primarily in LATAM and the APAC)
Knowledge of cross-functional teams within a gaming studio - and the skills required for each of those teams (Production, Development, Design, QA, etc.)
Interest or experience in Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, or another UGC gaming platform
