• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to interviewing to offer negotiations) while maintaining excellent candidate experiences
• Elevate internal recruitment processes (tech stack, interview processes, interview training, etc.)
• Leverage outbound recruitment strategies to identify and connect with passive candidates
• Serve as an advisor and partner to hiring managers in order to consistently plan ahead for and execute on internal hiring needs
• Leverage market data and employment trends to improve interviewing and hiring practices
• Attract great talent by defining and executing on their recruitment marketing strategies (i.e. writing job descriptions, using their social media channels to market jobs, etc.)
• Provide recruitment reports to team managers as needed

• Ideation of brand activations
• Creation of pitch decks and sales materials

• Acting as the main liaison between Voldex, internal game teams, and partners
• Ideate concepts that brands will connect with based on their needs and objectives.
• Create compelling, customized pitch decks tailored to each brand’s target audience.
• Present the value proposition of advertising within our games to potential clients.
• Serve as the main liaison between Voldex, sales partners, clients, and game teams.
• Manage partnerships across Brookhaven, Driving Empire, and NFL Universe Football.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and updates.
• Ensure client needs are met while respecting game teams’ time and capacity.
• Identify opportunities in the market with new and existing brands.
• Stay on top of trends in the industry, including partnerships across Roblox, Fortnite, and other gaming verticals (mobile, console).
• Identify and execute opportunities for renewing partnerships with existing clients.
• Drive incremental growth from active accounts through identifying new opportunities.
