QA Engineer

• Test games across various devices, including Console & Mobile, gaining a deep understanding of their systems and retaining knowledge for future testing.
• Find, reproduce, and clearly document issues of varying complexity, providing all necessary supporting materials such as logs, screenshots, and reproduction steps.
• Provide clear, actionable information to developers and stakeholders, ensuring issues are fully understood and prioritized effectively.
• Conduct testing focused on the overall user experience and feel of the game, acting as a voice for our players.
• In collaboration with the QA Lead, create and execute comprehensive test plans with strong coverage, ensuring both core features and edge cases are validated.

QA Tester

• Analyze billions of rows of gameplay and player behaviour data to identify growth and retention opportunities
• Own end-to-end design and analysis of A/B tests, from hypothesis creation to rollout recommendation
• Build automated, scalable dashboards in Tableau that are used daily by Product and Game teams
• Drive product development with insightful, story-driven analysis that influences roadmap decisions
• Partner with Game Design and Engineering to implement new features and ensure data integrity
• Segment and model user behaviour to understand different player types and their impact on monetization
• Analyze the impact of our partnerships from licensing & marketing partners
• Contribute to data modelling and pipeline improvements using dbt and SQL
• Proactively prioritize high-impact projects in a fast-paced, iterative development environment

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to interviewing to offer negotiations) while maintaining excellent candidate experiences
• Elevate internal recruitment processes (tech stack, interview processes, interview training, etc.)
• Leverage outbound recruitment strategies to identify and connect with passive candidates
• Serve as an advisor and partner to hiring managers in order to consistently plan ahead for and execute on internal hiring needs
• Leverage market data and employment trends to improve interviewing and hiring practices
