• Build and launch features that delight millions of players daily
• Own and deliver gameplay features end-to-end, from implementation through release and iteration
• Break down product requirements into technical tasks and provide reliable estimates
• Write clean, performant, and maintainable Roblox Lua code aligned with team standards
• Design and implement systems with consideration for scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Partner with designers, artists, and producers to build high-quality gameplay experiences
• Monitor live features, analyze performance, and address issues proactively
• Identify and improve codebase quality, development workflows, and system reliability
• Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to team engineering practices
• Playtest features and proactively improve player experience (UX, responsiveness, polish)

Software Engineer

Marketing

• Own how NFL Universe Football shows up both on-platform (thumbnails, icons, discovery optimization) and off-platform (social, community, and creators)
• Come up with ideas for thumbnails, icons, and Roblox page visuals
• Work with our artists to brief and refine visual concepts (you won’t be creating 3D renders yourself)
• Publish and test assets directly on Roblox
• Review performance dashboards and identify what’s working (and what isn’t)
• Recommend and execute the next round of experiments based on results
• Help ideate and execute content for platforms like Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram, TikTok
• Capture Roblox gameplay footage and create simple, engaging videos
• Support community engagement initiatives tied to in-game moments or updates
• Support creator or YouTuber experiments
• Contribute to new ideas that drive player growth or engagement
• Help move ad-hoc projects forward when there’s an opportunity to test something new

Marketing Specialist – NFL Universe Football

Security Engineer

• Support and improve Voldex’s security practices and internal device management across a scaling remote workforce. Ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient foundations that support high-velocity game development
• Design, implement, and maintain company-wide device configuration, security, and compliance standards (e.g., encryption, access controls)
• Establish clear, documented standards, processes, and self-service mechanisms for device provisioning, access requests, and lifecycle management, enabling teams to operate independently with minimal ongoing support
• Partner closely with Engineering and other teams to implement process, tooling, and security changes in a way that does not negatively impact development workflows or release timelines
• Proactively identify risks and inefficiencies across devices, systems, and access processes, then contribute practical, scalable solutions that strengthen security posture while preserving speed and team autonomy
• Support identity and access management (including SSO, least-privilege principles, software distribution, and auditability), ensuring teams have secure yet frictionless access to the tools they need
• Manage device lifecycle processes (provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and secure decommissioning) while continuously monitoring device health, security posture, and compliance
• Secure & regularly audit external platforms (e.g., Discord, Roblox groups, and internal tools), ensuring appropriate access controls, permissions, and protection against misuse or compromise
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that improve security maturity, automation, and operational efficiency as the company scales
