Category Manager – Baby

Accounting Manager

• Contribute to the monitoring of system technical performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to the daily supervision of automated processes, ensuring optimal performance and timely resolution of issues.
• Provide input on automation process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with OTC, P2P, and Accounting teams to enhance the effectiveness of financial closings.
• Ensure all process-related documentation is up to date and accurately reflects current practices.
• Implement improvements in P2P, OTC, and other processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Accounting Automation Specialist

General Counsel

• You’ll be the go-to legal expert for corporate governance and corporate law topics, with broad exposure to group-wide projects and strategic work.
• Own and manage corporate governance agenda: board materials, governance filings, corporate records, internal governance frameworks
• Provide legal support on M&A, corporate finance and investor/shareholder matters (including shareholder agreements and related documentation)
• Support intragroup structuring and corporate matters across affiliates and subsidiaries
• Advise on EU regulatory topics relevant to Rohlik’s model (e-commerce regulation, data protection, IP/IT, commercial law)
• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts when needed
• Manage legal projects end-to-end: align stakeholders, set timelines, drive execution, coordinate external counsel
• Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, and propose solutions that work in real life — not only on paper

Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate Governance, Compliance

• Povedeš vyjednávání s klíčovými dodavateli, Joint Business Plány a pravidelné category reviews.
• Budeš optimalizovat sortiment, ceny a promoční plán s cílem růstu prodejů a marže.
• Úzce budeš spolupracovat s Marketingem, Pricingem a Supply Chain, aby vše fungovalo bez tření – od kampaní po dostupnost.
• Zapojíš se do regionálních sourcingových iniciativ a projektů napříč trhy.
• Povedeš a rozvíjíš členy týmu, kteří mají na starosti subkategorie nebo konkrétní dodavatele.

Senior Category Manager – Private Label, Food

Data Engineer

• Owns the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and reliable data pipelines using our ETL system.
• Owns the development and optimization of our analytical data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake), ensuring data models are efficient, scalable, and serve business needs.
• Leads the implementation of data quality frameworks and best practices to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and trackability of our data assets across the entire stack.
• Partners with the Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and other engineering teams to understand their data requirements and deliver robust, effective data solutions.
• Provides input to the broader data strategy and technology roadmap, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations to our data stack.
• Supports the operational health of our data systems through proactive monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting.

Supply Chain

• Own demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering for assigned categories
• Manage supplier operational performance and ensure SLA compliance (OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy, lead times)
• Partner with Category Managers, Fulfillment Operations and Finance to balance availability, cost and inventory health
• Support automation and system improvements to reduce manual ordering
• Resolve supplier and inventory issues before they impact customers
• Track and act on key metrics such as forecast accuracy, shrink and availability
