  • The Instructional Recruiter plays a critical role in sourcing, cultivating, and hiring high-quality educators who align with Rocketship’s mission to eliminate the achievement gap.\n
  • Manages full-cycle recruiting for instructional roles—from proactive sourcing to candidate onboarding—with a focus on hard-to-fill positions and building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.\n
  • Partners with school and regional leaders and the Talent Team to source, cultivate, and hire exceptional educators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SHRM certification a plus.\n
  • 2–4 years of talent acquisition experience, full-cycle recruitment\n
  • experience in K-12 education or K-12 education adjacent organization\n
  • Track record of success in full-cycle recruitment and building diverse candidate pipelines.\n
  • Teaching or school leadership experience highly valued.\n
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and creative talent mapping.\n
  • Ability to build strong relationships with school leaders, candidates, and community partners.\n
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.\n
  • Data-driven approach to tracking progress and improving processes.\n
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
