About the role

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and closing deals.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities with multi-million-dollar potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market organizations.
  • Conduct outbound B2B outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, social selling, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with software and product teams to scope solutions, prepare demos, and develop customized proposals.
  • Attend local tech and industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Provide valuable market insights to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in B2B IT, SaaS, or digital solutions.
  • Proven track record with cold outreach, pipeline development, and closing sales.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for demos and pitches.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with fintech, logistics, retail, real estate, cybersecurity, education, or public sector is a plus.
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience selling AI, automation, or data-driven solutions.
