Ensure marketing materials and communications reflect Rivia Mind's mission, brand guide, and messaging framework
Manage social media channels and outcomes, design visuals and content with minimal support, and collaborate on content strategy
Coordinate, design, quality control, and publish multiple monthly newsletters to distinct audience segments
Engage with the Content Writer to craft or edit blog posts, email campaigns, and internal initiatives
Create basic visual assets (social graphics, flyers, slide templates) using Google Suite, Canva, or Adobe
Develop or tailor marketing content for distinct audience segments (patients, providers, universities, internal staff)
Assist with development and distribution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and advertising support
Conduct market and competitor research to inform outreach and campaign strategy
Serve as secondary owner for provider directory management systems and support website/profile upkeep
Promote a friendly, collaborative work culture that encourages co-learning and well-being
Requirements
Education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content-related role (healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven organizations a plus)
This is not an entry-level or support role; candidates must show strategic thinking and creative execution across multiple channels
Experienced with fully remote work, including demonstrated discipline and work management
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Awareness of audience segmentation and ability to adapt messaging and format for varied stakeholder groups (i.e., patients, providers, universities, internal staff)
Requires demonstrated experience in independently managing marketing campaigns and content strategy
Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
Basic graphic design ability using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Collaborative, open to feedback, and curious
Passion for mental health and a deep respect for inclusive, stigma-free communication
Familiarity with CRMs and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce, Monday.com) is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on performance data
