Report to the Chief Marketing Officer and lead a distributed corporate marketing function
Requirements
Led B2B technology company corporate marketing or marketing communications function from early through scale stages and successful exit or IPO
15+ years of corporate communications or marketing communications experience, in B2B mid-market or enterprise software
Minimum of 7 years as a leader, including proven success in managing teams of 10+ and scaling marketing functions across multiple domains (advertising, PR, content, social, etc.)
Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing, distributed teams
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a track record of crafting compelling narratives
Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure marketing impact
Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
Certification in Pragmatic Marketing, or PMA
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
