Develop and execute audience-centric marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to HCP segments
Define and refine audience segments and personas using data-driven insights
Create and maintain a comprehensive content strategy across channels
Lead full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital ads, email, social, webinars, conferences, white papers, KOL engagement, trade publications, digital HCP platforms)
Collaborate with sales enablement to produce integrated tools and materials that drive awareness, education, and conversion
Partner with Channel Owners, CX, Sales, Product, Medical, and other teams to align on messaging and business objectives
Develop and execute measurement plans with the Marketing Analytics Lead and analyze campaign performance
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies in real time
Position GeneDx as a trusted partner through audience-specific thought leadership
Manage approvals and reviews for marketing materials to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
Responsible for end-to-end marketing plans, content strategy, audience segmentation, measurement, and cross-functional delivery of omni-channel initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in marketing (minimum)
3-5 years of experience focused on the healthcare industry preferred
Proven success in segment marketing targeting HCPs or similar professional audiences
Background in pediatrics, maternal/fetal health, neonatology, or genomics is a plus
Ability to build marketing strategies in emerging or growth markets
Ability to simplify complex scientific information into audience-centered messaging
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Proficiency in marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation platforms
Experience with project management and project management tools like Monday.com
Strong analytical skills; experience developing and interpreting marketing metrics and KPIs
Highly collaborative and experienced working cross-functionally
Self-starter; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for events and offsites
