• Provide administrative support to the Client Success team under direct supervision of the SVP of Client Success
• Confirm client’s data for input into our Intelligent Service Pricing system
• Enter data in system to confirm accuracy and review completed data for accuracy and identify inconsistencies
• Use the excel template to formulate reporting for coach once data is complete
• Schedule meetings between client and coach, confirm meetings and reschedule if necessary
• Update CRM with all necessary notes and changes
• Address any administrative task assigned during the workday

• Lead Data Engineer responsible for leading our Data Architecture and Data Engineering strategy and execution to deliver world class solutions that run our business today and scale for the future.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Design, implement and automate data pipelines using Snowflake, AWS, Python, Airflow, and Stored Procedures
• Design, model and implement data warehouses on the Snowflake platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.
• Lead by example with commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism.
• Weave Data Quality into every aspect of our data architecture.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data architectures that scale for the future.

• Generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up (email, phone, social) to reach pipeline generation goals
• Working closely with field sales reps to identify target accounts and set meetings/demonstrations
