About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarketSmart
Define clear priorities and success metrics to guide roadmap decisions
Lead ongoing product discovery to understand customer workflows and pain points
Translate customer, market, and performance insights into product requirements
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Design to define and deliver solutions
Analyze product usage data, campaign performance metrics, and customer feedback
Lead validation efforts including beta programs, usability testing, and post-launch feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-7+ years of Product Management or Product Marketing Management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization
Proven success owning product vision, roadmaps, and delivery across the full product lifecycle
Experience with B2C customer engagement platforms, MarTech, digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign-driven products
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, messaging, execution, and performance measurement
Hands-on experience leading product discovery, validation, and prioritization efforts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
