• The Psychotherapy Supervisor provides clinical social work services with robust psychotherapy treatment modalities to patients through a primarily telehealth environment.
• This individual will utilize their expertise as a therapist and leader to collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team that fosters continued learning and growth.
• The Supervisor will maintain an average weekly patient standard.
• The expectations of a Supervisor include leading a supportive and collaborative weekly supervision group of psychotherapists to mentor, co-sign when needed, provide training, and monitor performance.
• All Supervisors also attend twice-monthly meetings to provide feedback on supervisee performance and to receive ongoing supervision and support.

Psychotherapy Supervisor

• Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind’s culture, values, and guiding principles
• Service and maintain a weekly average standard of 31 patients across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare
• Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule in alignment with Rivia Mind’s standard productivity expectations.
• Follow Care Model practices that emphasize continuity of care, high-frequency follow-up appointments, and effective calendar management.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.)
• Provide clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a telehealth environment
• Coach patients on how to manage ongoing health conditions and provide therapy to help patients make positive behavior changes
• Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems
• Comply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and thorough session note documentation

Patient Operations Coordinator – Mental Health Insurance Verification / Scheduler

Clinical Operations

• Coordinate, support, and continuously optimize clinical workflows, provider schedules, onboarding/deboarding processes, and platform troubleshooting to ensure a seamless care delivery experience
• Review clinical dashboards for continual improvement and quality assurance
• Assessment and distribution of weekly clinical dashboards
• Coordinate clinicians’ calendars, ensuring alignment with patient appointments, supervision sessions, and other required or optional meetings
• Monitor clinician schedules to ensure clinician productivity and appropriate time and calendar management practices
• Support the facilitation of patient transfers as necessary
• Troubleshoot EHR systems and business platforms to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Provide clinicians with enrollment assistance, access troubleshooting, and account information management for our EHR

Administrative Assistant

• Organized, professional, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to assist members of the leadership team. Primary responsibilities will include calendar management and coordination of schedules, preparation of meetings, coordinating company events, assisting with special projects, and handling administrative day-to-day tasks.
• Administrative Assistant must be available 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST with occasional availability outside of those hours.

• Manage calendars for COO and CEO, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel, and supporting protected time for priority initiatives
