About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide services to a diverse demographic of patients with an average caseload of 50 patients per week / around 8-12 per day (Caseload numbers may vary based on clinical judgment, patient needs, etc.)
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management
Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patients (50/week)
Deliver care via a telehealth platform
Offer guidance to peers and supervisors
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school
Completed a Psychiatry residency program, completing diverse rotations including Primary Care within the training program
Active and in good standing license for at least one of these states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts as a Medical Doctor
An active and unrestricted license to practice medicine and a DEA number for at least one of the states listed above
Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry
Interest in growing into a Supervisory/Leadership role within our practice
Proven experience and desire to support Psychotherapy treatment
Psychotherapy Modality experience (CBT, DBT, etc.)
Patient Education
Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
