Own day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing and retail media campaigns across a portfolio of enterprise and strategic clients.
Serve as a subject matter expert on retail media platforms, digital advertising strategies, feeds and/or performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with clients to align media tactics to business goals and act as a trusted advisor.
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign performance, managing budgets, bids, and ad creatives.
Leverage deep knowledge of Rithum’s platform and tools to optimize client programs and outcomes.
Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Partner with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact media programs.
Stay up to date with digital marketing and retail media trends, ad formats, and platform capabilities and educate clients on industry best practices and platform changes.
Requirements
3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.
Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans, with measurable success in improving client performance.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in platforms like Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies. Demonstrated ability to generate insights on performance, channel health, and industry trends to guide client strategy.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and clients alike. Experience working collaboratively on large teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. (Preferred)
Experience working in an agency or SaaS environment. (Preferred)
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and attribution models. (Preferred)
